What is a "Concierge" Service? 

A  Concierge Service is similiar to a Concierge at a Hotel.  A Concierge will  help you  with finding the right restaurant for a special occassion.  They will help you to locate a hard to find  gift for a loved one.   They will basically do anything that the Hotel Guest is unable to do themselves. 

What is the difference with Mililani Concierge vs a Hotel Concierge?

Mililani Concierge goes beyond what a Hotel Concierge is able to do.  We are a "Personal Concierge Service" that caters to the working family.  With both adults in the house holding down full-time  jobs, sometimes two, there is no time to take care of family errands and chores.  That is  where "Mililani Concierge" comes in.

What is the cost of Concierge Services?

Mililani Concierge caters our pricing policy to fit the individuals needs.  We have hourly rates, as well as monthly rates to fit our customers budget. 

How do I know if you provide a service I need?  I didn't see it listed on your website.

Simply give us a call or email us with your request.  There are many more services we are able to accomodate. 

What area's on Oahu do you service?

We are based in the Mililani area.  We will work with anyone on the Island of Oahu.  There will be a  minimum mileage fee charged for anyone beyond an 8 mile radius of Mililani.
